Job Description:

We are actively seeking a creative, results-driven, and highly social media-savvy Marketer to join our hotel's dynamic team. This role is crucial for shaping our brand's voice, attracting new guests, and building loyalty through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional and modern marketing approaches, exceptional content creation skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute campaigns that truly resonate with our target audience. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the hotel.

  • Manage and optimize the hotel's social media presence, including content and engagement.

  • Create compelling marketing content for online and offline channels.

  • Coordinate advertising efforts, including print ads and local partnerships.

  • Manage email marketing campaigns from creation to analysis.

  • Analyze marketing data to measure ROI and optimize future strategies.

  • Collaborate with sales, events, and F&B teams on integrated initiatives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and local market developments.

  • Manage the hotel's website content, ensuring it's current and appealing.

  • Handle public relations, including media liaison and reputation management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong campaign portfolio.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and content creation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically with a focus on results.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).

  • Customer-centric approach with a professional and collaborative attitude.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexible and adaptable to the fast-paced hospitality environment.

  • Proficient in using CRM, MS office software applications including MS office, Excel, Power point and Knowledge of sales and marketing modules.

  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and achieve daily targets, whilst offering a very high level of Customer Service.

  • Proven success in a similar role and environment.

  • Skills in digital marketing, design & community management a plus.
     

Education:


Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:


Minimum 4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
